General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Raised white cell count is important in context of infections so if any clinical correlation with infection is suspected may need antibiotics coverage however, absent monos in blood film can be normal and nothing to be worried about as small fluctuations in samples may occur.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
